Short Term Goals

Week of April 15-19, 2025

Resource Mobilization: Activate and coordinate community resources (financial, expertise, networks) to address the school's immediate crisis, and connect stakeholder groups under unified leadership and direction.

  • Updates:

    • 4/18/25: Over 1,000 coalition members mobilized

Crisis Intervention: Implement specific measures to rescue the school from its current critical situation and prevent closure.

  • Updates:

    • 4/14/25: $9,000,000 raised in first 48 hours.

    • 4/18/25: $15,000,000 raised since 4/15/25.

Governance Stabilization: Establish foundational changes to ensure sustainable leadership that aligns with Quaker values and secures the school's long-term future, with oversight and contingencies of Coalition generated funding secured in a protected fund.
